Hello!  My name is Edward Staniszewski and I own and operate ElderWolf Gardens.  My nursery is located in Gilbertsville, Pa.  For now, I am only growing the Marge variety of elderberry for specific reasons.  The berries are approximately 3 times bigger than most varieties.  Marge are self-pollinating and don't run underground, infiltrating your garden.   They are drought, disease and mite resistant, growing approximately 12 ft. tall and 10 ft. wide.  Marge significantly out-yielded all other elderberry genotypes, in most cases by two or three times the amount of fruit, Thomas et al.,2015b.

All of my elderberry plants are grown organically with no chemicals.  Once pruned, I only choose the finest cuttings to ship to my customers.  I strive to sell only the highest quality elderberry cuttings on the internet.  

Elderberry are very easy to grow.  Just stick them in the ground until the bottom node is about 3" below the surface.  You can also place the elderberry cuttings in a mason jar filled with distilled or well water.  Put the cuttings near a window and change the water every few days.  

You can make syrup, wine, jam, desserts, etc. with the berries.  You can also use the flower for medicinal and spirits recipes too!  Drinking elderberry syrup everyday helps to support my immune system!
